The Skagit County Department of Emergency Management said via Twitter that the suspect had been captured.

Washington State Patrol Sgt. Mark Francis confirmed the suspect as Arcan Cetin, a 20-year-old from Oak Harbor.
Arcan Cetin is a Turkish name. Authorities previously described the suspect as a young Hispanic man.
The arrest comes nearly 20 hours after the Friday night shooting at the Cascade Mall in Burlington, about 60 miles (97 kilometers) north of Seattle, left five people dead.
The suspect, who is believed to have acted alone, used a hunting-style rifle that was later recovered by police at the scene.
Local police have not determined a motive for the shooting.
The FBI in Seattle said previously that they had no evidence the shooting was terror related.
